CANCELATIONS - All cancellations must be received in writing within 48 hours of us receiving your initial order request. All fees that have been applied for time & services prior to notice of cancelation request are the buyer’s full financial responsibility. Garments already put into production are the buyer’s full financial responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel any order during production, if deemed necessary. Any deposits or partial payments previously paid will be applied to the fee for time & services rendered.
REFUNDS – Because the specialty products are custom made to order and are specific to the client all monies received (including deposits & partial payments) are non-refundable – merchandise credit only.
RETURNS – Made to order items can be returned for correction or replacement. In-stock items can be returned if in the same condition it was shipped and not worn or used. Restocking fees will apply for both made-to-order and in-stock items. We will not accept returns due to fit. Alterations are the buyers financial responsibility.
SHIPPING - The merchandise will not be shipped until the final balance (for merchandise, fees, services & time) is paid in full. All orders are fob our factory and title passes upon delivery to carrier. We are not responsible for shipping carrier issues that may arise. Therefore can not guarantee that the shipping carrier will deliver the merchandise on a specific date at a specific time. Please allow for shipping carrier delays. Normal orders can take approximately 6-9 months. Rush orders can be provided within 1-4 months depending on the buyers needs & request. Rush order fees will vary based on the time allotted.
SERVICES - The final total will be calculated by the total cost of merchandise as well as fees for time & services requested, required or incurred by the client. The fee for our time spent on a client after the order has been placed is two hundred and fifty dollars an hour. The final total on the invoice can only be calculated once a client no longer requires our time or services regarding the initial order request.
