We are not a traditional bridal shop. We do not sell shoes or gloves.  Instead we are the actual dress designer.  So we can produce your item any way you like or prefer with any changes or modifications.  In which case our main concern and focus is not the veil or other accessories.  It is the main garment itself.  If you are looking for a standard salon shops or retail stores then you are probably not going to find what you are looking for since we actually produce our very own designer wedding dresses.

It has been noticed that through the years sheaths have decreased in popularity over the years but for the bride that does not want the cathedral length trains this is a good option.  Even if you do decide you want a detachable train can be as long as you want and then it can be removed after the actual ceremony for ease of walking around during your reception.  So sheath styles can still be a good option for many wanting to get married on the beach.

Some plus size brides to be feel that the style of a-line merchandise we offer are flattering to them without looking like a full figured gown design.  Ball gown skirts are perfect if you want to hide or not bring attention to your hips.

Short cap sleeved or Long sleeve designs are also a good option for when you do not want your arms to show.

Silk satin has become very popular but can also be a bit expensive for some clients. So we offer any one of our pieces to be made in a man made fabric as well which can be more affordable but provide the same look.

Some strapless styles can tend to slide down the bride if their are not fitted correctly.  This is why we offer al of love our mother of the brides (as well as the entire bridal party) the option to have their items made in their own personal measurements.

If you want a sweetheart cut we can accommodate your references.  We can also make detachable straps for you to use or not depending on how you feel on that day.

As noted on our frequently asked questions page all of our garments can be made in any color or colors for instance we can make white ivory or platinum or any other color from our chart that you like.

When using specialty types of embellishments we can use either alencon, venice, tulle, battenburg for our lace designs. 

We have produced many flowing beach style flowered light non traditional concepts for a number of clients...who don't want a long train or too much fussiness and instead want a simple but elegant clothing choice to be worn outside.

All of the elegant Darius Cordell formal party attire as shown on our site in our current collection can be made in any color and will be customized simply based on your requirements than you communicate to us for your custom wedding dresses.

Beaded garments are not a problem with our company for we have been including embellishments to our designs for years.  We can add or take a way beading on any one of our custom wedding gowns and simply make it however you choose and request on your order form - making your dress a true custom design.

Cost for one of our in stock or made to order petite or plus size bridal gowns can range from $800 to as high as $4000 and up just depending on what you ultimately want on your custom.  To have items that are fully embellished on the bodice or full length is not an issue either however the prices of course can vary upwards the more we crystals pearls rhinestones and bugles we add. 

Since we are the actual designer of our merchandise we can also produce any of the full figured or Petite choices in any measurement that is required by the consumers body frame type and shape.

Each of the lovely elegant timeless creations shown on these pages that are included in our main collections can be customized to each young ladies particular taste and desires.  

If you want a longer cathedral train or a short sweep one on any of our garments that is just fine we can accommodate any change request.  Even though all can be made to measure and any way you wish usually most of the Informal designs normally do not have long trains.

Simply put your wants are for whatever type of garment you want on your order form and we will confirm prior to cutting the silk fabric.  For Darius Cordell designer wedding gowns are well made and will truly last and preserve themselves for lifetime.
