How to order by mail order - (via fax, scanned email, or regular mail)

Communicate what you want (or do not want) on your order form.
Changes & Special Request can be noted there as well.
(We do not accept orders or payments over the phone or on-line.) -
Submit your deposit payment for us to begin production (or final payment if in stock).

When your order is complete (or if it is in stock) we obtain final balance & ship your order to you.

Additional photos can be sent via email when available.
